The GAYTIMES+ app was powered by a third party, Zinio, and subscriptions are managed entirely by them or by Apple/Google if the payment was taken via the App Store.
This means we don’t have access to subscriber details or payment records and are unable to issue refunds directly ourselves.
If your subscription was paid for via Zinio, you should have already been refunded.
If your subscription was paid for via iOS or Android, refunds are handled through those platforms. Zinio provides guidance on how to request a refund here:
