Subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel your membership at any time. You can also log in to your account to change your plan or update your payment method whenever you wish.
Right of Revocation (14-day cooling-off period)
Refunds are available within the first 14 days of your initial payment, in line with your statutory right of revocation. To request a refund during this period, please contact customer.support@gaytimes.com within 14 days of signing up.
After the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, refunds are no longer available. The same 14-day cooling-off conditions apply to annual subscription renewals.
